Prosecutor Bonnie Hwang threatened Mr. Hwang and the victim woman since May... Uploaded Instagram and sent emails.

The prosecution's investigation confirmed that Mr. A, the brother-in-law of soccer player Hwang Eui-jo, who was accused of distributing illegal footage, threatened not only Mr. Hwang but also the victim woman by sending photos directly. In particular, Mr. A used English to threaten the woman and Mr. Hwang.

According to the prosecution indictment obtained by <Oh My News>, on May 7, A sent captured photos of a video call to the victim, Ms. B, and captured photos of sexual intercourse to Mr. Hwang on social media from his parents' home in Seoul.

He then sent messages to Ms. B, including "I will upload photos," and to Ms. Hwang, including "I have a lot of your videos. (interrupted) I'll upload soon," according to the indictment.

On June 25, A posted five videos and photos of Hwang, B, and another victim, C, at Hwang's accommodation in Gyeonggi Province on social media. Using a different account than the one he used to send the threatening messages, Ahn also identified himself as "a woman who met with Hwang."

"There are many things (on Mr. Hwang's phone) that we don't know if they were taken with the consent of the women or if they are illegal. It was no different from the golden phone I heard about. Isn't this a crime?" he wrote.

Shortly thereafter, Ms. Hwang announced in a handwritten statement, "(The distributor) is a criminal and a stranger who threatened me," and filed a complaint against the distributor with the police. Then, on June 30, the distributor sent several videos and photos to Ms. Hwang's accommodation, saying, "Take and file a complaint and send proof. (middle) The deadline is June 30" and other messages. 토토

During the subsequent police investigation, Mr. Hwang apparently learned that the distributor was his brother-in-law, Mr. A. Mr. A, who was detained on June 16, was recently brought to trial, during which Ms. Hwang filed a petition for non-punishment.

The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office's Women's and Children's Crime Investigation Division 1 (Deputy Chief Prosecutor Jang Hye-young) charged A with violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (filming and dissemination using cameras, etc.) and the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Certain Crimes (threats of retaliation, etc.) on March 8. Mr. A's first hearing is scheduled to be held on the 8th of next month.

Police are continuing to investigate Mr. Hwang as a suspect in the illegal filming of the victims (women B and C).
